e-agency collects, stores and processes data obtained within the scope of the contractual relationship according to data protection regulations to meet contractual obligations and to document the services rendered. In this respect, e-agency explicitly refers to § 33 of the German Data Protection Act.
Personal data is collected by e-agency in the course of order placement and for registration for our customer zone in the Internet. This data is exclusively used for the purpose of processing contracts and customer care. The client declares his or her consent thereto. Forwarding of this data by e-agency is expressly excluded.
Customer-related data will be stored by e-agency for as long as is envisaged by the German Data Protection Act. Invoicing data will be stored by e-agency for as long as is prescribed by the tax authority.
All files belonging to the order – both data supplied by the client and data prepared by e-agency in the course of processing the order – will be deleted upon completion of the order. The client is consequently obliged to backup his or her presentation data himself/herself.
Storage or backup of the presentation data may be agreed between e-agency and the client if this is expressly desired.
